All of the yoga classes that I run are tailored to suit everyone’s experience level, where ever you are on your journey. Each class focuses on form and alignment as well as postures that deliver the most benefit for your body and mind. Some of the benefits you can expect are stress reduction, increased strength and flexibility.
Often incorporating Nutrition and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles into the teachings during the class, you will receive wellness strategies and lifestyle habits that can be taken off the mat to help you find balance in your life.
Flexibility is not a pre-requisite and you do not need any previous yoga experience before coming to classes.
All mats, straps, and blocks are provided however, you can bring your own if you prefer.
